Privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the public HX Nexus marketing website only. It does not cover the Broker Back Office, Trader Portal or IB Portal, which run under each broker’s own deployment and their own privacy terms.

What we collect

• Details you enter in the enquiry form: name, work email, company, role, region, area of interest and any optional context you choose to add.
• Optional ranges for staff, client and IB numbers.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, platform credentials, server endpoints, client personal data or KYC documents through this form.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough and keep a record of the conversation. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to a private internal channel used by the HX Nexus product and go-to-market team. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare processes request metadata such as IP address as part of delivering and protecting the site.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@hxnexus.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving those files.
